Account and Data Deletion Request

If you no longer have the ChineseBoo app installed and wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can request manual deletion by following these steps.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@chineseboo.com.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. Please send the email from the exact email address you used to sign in to the app (via Google or Apple) so we can verify your identity.

What data will be deleted

Upon verifying your request, we will completely erase your identity profile, synchronized flashcard decks, reading history, and artificial intelligence chat sessions from our active databases within 30 days.

What data is kept

Analytics telemetry previously collected may be retained strictly in an aggregated, fully anonymized format that can no longer be cryptographically linked to your identity.
